I often see patients navigating both mental health concerns and physical or medical limitations. This includes active individuals, such as those working to return to activities like climbing, hiking, or skiing.
I use medication thoughtfully, often as a bridge to more sustainable, non-medication forms of recovery.
Patients often describe me as direct, respectful, and easy to talk with.
Before psychiatry, I worked as a hospice chaplain, an experience that continues to shape how I approach difficult and uncertain situations.
